Invest in Yourself!
When I was recovering from a sports injury, I tried to skip steps because I was afraid to spend money on my own healing. I wasted years cutting corners instead of actually getting better.
Think of it like this: have you ever been on the couch and the remote is just two feet away? It’s almost within reach, but you don't want to move. So you spend ten minutes straining, grabbing other items to snag it, and exhausting yourself with "workarounds"—only to realize it would have been faster and easier just to stand up.
We do this with our mental health every day. We spend massive amounts of energy "managing" our burnout, masking our traits, and patching up old wounds with temporary fixes.
The cost of staying stuck is always higher than the investment of moving forward.

My Relational Commitment
To remain regulated and deeply present, I intentionally limit my caseload. This allows me to spend time evolving neurodivergent-affirming practices for your specific needs. In return, I ask for an equal investment in the process.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
