Research shows the "therapeutic alliance" or relationship is imperative to the healing process. I want you to find the right fit for your unique support needs whether that's with me or another provider.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I value open, honest, and collaborative communication that protects your autonomy ("this is your session") but will also gently challenge you when needed. I blend "body-based" models rooted in neuroscience with talk therapy, and skill building and will also provide and complete assessments with clients and provide homework when necessary.

My style is collaborative and client-led, meaning we journey together at your pace, and I respect your voice and priorities. As a trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize “safety” and understanding the impact of past experiences on your present. My foundation lies in psychodynamic, Jungian and depth psychology. I utilize somatic work, exploring the hidden depths of your mind and body however, I believe in an integrative approach, weaving in evidence-based biological methods like EMDR, Brainspotting rooted in neuroscience as well as Internal Family Systems or "parts work", DBT, and ACT to tailor a unique path for your healing.

I provide therapy for adults who reside in California. My expertise is in ADHD, Autism, complex grief, anxiety and stress, (mild to moderate) OCD, social anxiety, performance anxiety, generalized anxiety, codependency and people-pleasing, complex trauma, and dissociative "disorders." I also work with military personnel, first-person responders, executive leaders in tech and arts & entertainment, artist, musicians, HSP & highly gifted individuals and parents, adult children of alcoholics, folks struggling with self-worth, life transitions, and perfectionism. I don’t provide counseling for children and I will see couples or teens on a case-by-case basis.

Our initial session is an opportunity to share your story, discuss your goals, determine if we’re a good fit, and, if so, lay the groundwork for our work together to plan together how we can meet your objectives. To comply with California law, we'll also need to review some paperwork and discuss communication in and in between sessions, session structure, and how I can help support you through potential homework.

Virtual therapy offers convenience and flexibility, often providing benefits comparable to traditional in-person counseling. To make the most of this format, clients should have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for sessions.

To establish a strong foundation and maximize progress, I meet with clients weekly. After that, we can reassess and consider bi-weekly sessions if appropriate. Please note that bi-weekly appointments have limited availability. In some cases, more frequent sessions may be beneficial. We can discuss the possibility of twice-weekly appointments on an individual basis if it’s determined to be clinically appropriate.
We can also discuss whether booking an intensive is the right fit for you. -
I specialize in providing therapy and counseling services to adults aged 18 and older. My practice does include adolescent therapy for mature adolescents 14+ on a case-by-case basis. I accept couples on a case-by-case basis, and I do not provide child custody evaluations, or treatment for eating disorders, treatment resistant depression, substance use disorders requiring high levels of care, and psychotic disorders. Due to state licensure requirements, I am only able to provide services to California residents at this time.

Your appointment is a reserved "vessel" of time and energy held exclusively for you. Because we limit our capacity to ensure high-quality care and prevent burnout, we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions missed or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee. We recognize that life is unpredictable; exceptions are always made for unavoidable emergencies and conflicts.
