I use evidence-based, neuroscience-informed trauma therapy, to work beyond the Internal Narrator’s endless loops and access the deeper “engine room” of the nervous system and subcortical brain, where many survival patterns actually live.
Through EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic trauma approaches, I help neurodivergent adults and couples move beyond insight alone and into meaningful nervous system healing.
Together, we work with the body’s wisdom to gently shift long-held survival responses, reduce masking and overwhelm, and create greater emotional integration, regulation, and authentic flow.
