You’ve tried to logic your way through anxiety, trauma, burnout, or masking but the roots remain.
You need a therapist who can help you safely navigate what’s beneath the surface. A space patient enough for your most vulnerable parts and calm enough to support a tired nervous system. A place where the unmasking can finally begin.
I’m glad you’re here. Let’s look at the engine room together.
I’ve been there, I can help.
You’re ready for a shift that goes deeper than simply “managing” symptoms.

My Unmasked Bio
I’m Natalie, a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist, artist, and writer.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in animation and film. Storytelling taught me that what matters most is often the subtext. This is what exists beneath the surface, between the frames, and inside the unspoken rhythm of a story. Eventually, I realized healing works the same way.
We are not just symptoms to “fix.” We are layered narratives that sometimes become stuck through trauma, shame, grief, or years of masking.
My background in storytelling allows me to visualize healing differently. I don’t just hear your words: I see the architecture of your internal world. I see where shame scripts were written, where protective patterns formed, and where parts of your story may have frozen in survival mode.
As a creative person with AuDHD I understand how identity, adaptation, and imagination shape the nervous system. I also know the exhaustion that can come from constantly trying to fit into environments that were never designed for your brain.
My diverse heritage, Ukrainian, Chinese-Taiwanese, Armenian, and Mexican, allows me to connect deeply with clients from many different cultural backgrounds while offering culturally responsive and affirming care.
Outside of Being a Therapist
In my spare time you can find me scaling peaks in the Los Angeles National Forest, attending concerts, soaring in the air on aerial silks, or reading fantasy, mythology or classic folklore. I love expressing myself through playing piano, writing, drawing and painting, and even dabbling in creating cartoons. I am an author of a children’s book, “Scooter,” and am currently working on a hybrid graphic novel.
